North Delhi Mayor Mr. Ravinder Gupta today inspected areas of Shastri Nagar, Kishan Ganj, Inderlok, and Azad Market in Sadar Pahar Ganj Zone. Area councillor Ms. Neelam Dhiman; Deputy Commissioner of the Zone Mr. R S Meena; Additional Commissioner (Revenue) Ms. Renu Jagdev and other senior officials were also present on this occasion.
The Mayor directed the officials concerned to renovate the chest clinic of Gulabi Bagh in Shastri Nagar and improve the services at mother and child welfare centre. He also directed the officials to regularly get the community toilet complex cleaned. He directed that a highmast light be installed in park of Gulabi Bagh.
Mr. Ravinder Gupta directed that garbage and malba on vacant municipal lands be lifted. He also said that boundary wall of Indira Park at Shastri Nagar be repaired and drain behind the park be desilted. In Pratap Nagar, Mr. Gupta directed that community toilet complex be managed in a better way, streetlight be installed and community centre be renovated. He also inspected the allopathic and homeopathic dispensary. He said that sewer lines of the area be repaired. He said that vehicles stocked be removed from vacant land at Inderlok. In Subhadra Colony during inspection, he said that damaged roads and footpaths be repaired. Mr. Gupta also inspected the progress of the Azad Market bridge.
